Design Notes

The promoter can be controled by two inputs IPTG and aTc. The transcription of genes underlying the control of the hybrid promoter only starts if IPTG and aTc are present. In case one of the inducers is absent, the promoter is blocked.

The design was adapted from research of Cox, Surette and Elowitz.
